2. Products and Delivery
We offer digital products, software and related website tools delivered electronically. Delivery occurs immediately after payment confirmation unless otherwise stated.
3. Payments & Merchant of Record
All payments are processed by Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles checkout, tax collection (where applicable), receipts, and refund processing per its policies.
4. License & Usage
Purchases grant a non-transferable license to use the software/product as described at purchase. Resale, redistribution, or public sharing of licensed products is prohibited unless explicitly permitted in writing.
5. Human-Driven Services
Primary product delivery is digital and automated. We do provide human-assisted customer support and technical help. For custom/Enterprise plans, optional human-driven services may be included — these will be explicitly stated in the relevant plan description and pricing agreement.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled by Paddle in accordance with our Refund Policy. See our Refund Policy page for details.
7. Warranty & Liability
Products are provided “as-is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetYourStore disclaims all warranties and will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where GetYourStore is legally registered. Disputes will be handled in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
