Refund Policy

Effective date: November 1, 2025

GetYourStore aims for customer satisfaction. Because our products are delivered digitally, refunds are handled carefully and in coordination with Paddle, our payment provider.

Refund Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of purchase.

When Refunds May Be Issued

  • If the product is materially not as described.
  • If the product is defective or inaccessible and we cannot provide a working replacement or resolution within a reasonable time.
  • Other exceptional circumstances as reviewed by GetYourStore and Paddle.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, either:

  1. Use Paddle’s built-in refund/request process (available via your Paddle receipt or Paddle account), or
  2. Email [email protected] with your order email and Paddle transaction ID. We will review and coordinate with Paddle.

Processing

Refunds are processed via Paddle. Depending on your bank, it may take several business days for refunded funds to appear on your statement.

No “All Sales Final” Clause

We do not use “all sales final” language. Refund decisions follow the rules above and Paddle’s buyer protection where applicable.
